Razvojem tehnologije građevinska industrija prati trendove kako bi bila u korak s ostalim industrijama što podrazumijeva digitalizaciju te implementaciju BIM procesa. Stoga je kroz ovaj diplomski rad objašnjen BIM te najvažniji pojmovi povezani s njim. Posvećena je pozornost BIM ulogama u projektiranju, a posebno ulozi BIM koordinatora koji koordinira uvođenje BIM-a u projektiranje te je odgovoran za koordinaciju modela prilikom projektiranja građevinskih objekata. Objašnjeni su najvažniji dokumenti i koraci prilikom ugovaranja BIM projekta te proces projektiranja koji se provodi prema prethodno definiranom planu. Proces koordinacije modela opisan je kroz primjere izvoza formata za razmjenu iz BIM softvera i postupka analize sudara/kolizija koji se smatra osnovnim alatom softvera za koordinaciju modela. Osim prethodno navedenog u ovom radu iznesena je i pretpostavka daljnjeg razvoja BIM-a u bliskoj budućnosti. ; With the development of technology, the construction industry follows trends in order to keep up with other industries, which implies digitization and the implementation of BIM processes. Therefore, BIM and the most important terms related to it are explained through this thesis. Attention is paid to the roles of BIM in designing, and especially to the role of the BIM coordinator, who coordinates the introduction of BIM in designing and is responsible for the model coordination in designing process. The most important documents and steps when contracting a BIM project are explained, as well as the design process, which is carried out according to a previously defined plan. The model coordination process is described through examples of the export of exchange formats from BIM software and the clash/collision analysis procedure, which is considered the basic tool of model coordination software. In addition to the aforementioned, this paper also presents the assumption of further development of BIM in the near future.
