The main aim of this paper is to aid the visually impaired people to dispense the cash from the innovative substantiated ATM in comparison with smart ATM in a procure way. The microcontroller (Raspberry Pi) receives the analog input signal and converts it into the digital signal and to relay PC. The significance between the two groups was calculated using SPSS. Total sample size is 20. Group 1 had the sample size of 10 where visually impaired and normal people used smart ATMs and the sample size of Group 2 was 10 where visually impaired and normal visioned people used substantiated ATMs. The parameters were maintained as threshold 0.05, enrollment ratio 1, confidence level 95% and G-power 80%. By using IVRS method the visually impaired can act on the prompt to pull out the cash and RFID avails a person by just spiling the card. There exists a statistically insignificant difference (p=0.935, p>0.05) between substantiated ATM and smart ATM groups. The combination of IVRS and RFID technology helps not only visually impaired but also illiterates to dispense cash from the ATM with convenient security. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
