为探究大载荷货梯曳引系统的非线性时变振动问题, 课题组构建了一种针对货梯曳引系统的非线性动力学模 型。该模型综合考虑了钢丝绳、导轨支架系统的时变刚度及承重梁的刚度, 对动力学影响较小的因素进行简化;运用 Runge-Kutta法进行求解并进行了实验验证, 分析了货梯不同疏密度的导轨支架对轿厢振动的影响;分析了货物堆叠跌 落对曳引系统强度的影响。结果表明:实验所测最大振动加速度与仿真分析数据吻合良好, 加速度最大数值误差小于 10%, 验证了简化模型的准确性;货梯最大应力值随着运行高度的上升而增大, 最大为130 MPa,安全系数随着高度增加 逐渐减小至5.90,远远小于曳引绳最小安全系数20.94。课题组所提出的方法能较好地反映大载荷曳引系统货梯的振 动特性.
